Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition.

  • Eligible only if damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

Non-Returnable

  • Used or opened items (especially personal care)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request

  1. Contact us at [Email/WhatsApp] with order number.

  2. Share photos/videos (if applicable).

  3. Approved requests will receive return instructions.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Paid via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or original method.

Shipping

  • We cover shipping for our mistakes (defective/wrong item).

  • Otherwise, customer pays return shipping.

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 12 hours of placing order.
